Information We Retain

This notice describes the supplied static website and its local tools. It distinguishes information processed in your browser from information you deliberately send to us.

Website contact

For privacy questions concerning pandacompassbazar.website, contact [email protected]. Please identify the page or interaction concerned and avoid sending identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically required.

Browsing the site

The site’s own code contains no analytics, advertising pixels, account system or third-party embedded widgets. Images, styles and scripts are requested from the site’s hosting location. Ordinary web hosting may process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested paths, timestamps and browser information for delivery and security. This static code does not specify the hosting provider’s logging settings or retention period, so we do not claim that all server-side logging is absent.

The local contact worksheet

When JavaScript is available, preparing a draft processes the entered information in your browser. The worksheet has no backend submission service and its script does not transmit its contents. It does not put the name, email address, boat details or question into localStorage.

The draft remains in the page while you use it. Your browser may retain form state through its own history or restoration features. Clipboard copying places the draft on your device’s clipboard, which may be shared with other applications or devices according to your settings. Downloading creates a text file under your control. Delete downloaded files or clear the clipboard if you no longer want those copies.

Email you choose to send

If you send an email, your chosen email service and the receiving email service process the message. Correspondence can include your address, name, message content and attachments. Information you provide is used to handle the enquiry, investigate a correction, maintain necessary correspondence records or address security and legal issues. We do not use correspondence for advertising lists or sell it.

Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, handling ordinary editorial enquiries generally relies on legitimate interests in responding and maintaining the publication. Legal obligations may require retention of particular records. Information should be retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry and any applicable legal or security purpose; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion date for every message.

Local preferences

The cookie choices page can store a simple preference in your browser’s localStorage. It does not store an advertising identifier or your worksheet contents. You can reset the preference on that page or clear site data through your browser.

External sources

Manufacturer and standards links take you to independently operated websites. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. The act of following a link can disclose normal request information to the destination, depending on browser settings.

Your choices and rights

You may ask about information associated with your correspondence and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Depending on your location, rights may also include objection, restriction, portability or a complaint to a relevant supervisory authority. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions and proportionate identity verification. Contact the address above to make a request.

Changes to this notice

If the site’s data practices change, this notice should change with them. The current page describes the static edition, not hypothetical future accounts, analytics or services.
